2. General information

We process personal data only where necessary to provide this website, answer enquiries, perform assignments or meet legal obligations. Processing is based in particular on the GDPR, the Austrian Data Protection Act and the Telecommunications Act 2021.

3. Hosting and server logs

The web server processes technical access data such as IP address, time, requested page, data volume, browser, operating system and referrer. This supports secure and stable operation, error analysis and attack prevention. Logs are retained only as long as required for these purposes.

If the hosting provider supplies a country code derived from the IP address, we use it solely to select a suitable language version. Otherwise, we use the preferred language sent by the browser. No additional external location lookup is performed for this purpose.

4. Contact form and email

When you contact us, we process the supplied name, optional company, email, phone number, selected service, preferred date, assignment address and message. The legal basis is pre-contractual processing, contract performance and our legitimate interest in efficient communication. Data is sent using the SMTP settings configured in the CMS.

5. Cookies and local storage

Necessary session and local storage support form protection, security, administration and saving your cookie and language choices. Optional analytics and external media are activated only with consent. You can change your cookie choice through “Cookie settings” in the footer.

6. Social media and WhatsApp links

Facebook, YouTube, TikTok and WhatsApp links lead to external services. Their respective providers are responsible for subsequent processing.

7. Embedded YouTube videos

YouTube videos are blocked until you consent to external media or select “Load YouTube video”. After consent, IP address, browser, device and usage data may be sent to Google Ireland Limited and potentially to third countries including the USA. 8. Drone imagery

Assignments may generate image, video, thermal or surveying data showing people, vehicles, buildings or land. We process it only for the assignment, documentation, contract performance and legitimate interests, while observing data-protection, aviation and safety rules.

9. Recipients and processors

Data may be shared with technical providers for hosting, email, backup, maintenance, security and order processing where necessary. Processing agreements are concluded where required.

10. Retention

Personal data is retained only for its purpose or statutory retention periods. Contact enquiries are kept only as long as needed for handling and traceable business processing.

11. Your rights

Subject to legal conditions, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Consent can be withdrawn for the future at any time.

12. Complaints
