Legal information
Terms and Conditions
1. Scope
These terms apply to contracts and services between QopterVision, Žan Zakošek-Legan, and customers for drone services.
2. Services
The agreed quotation, order confirmation or separate agreement defines the scope. Services may include thermography, PV inspection, surveying, documentation, drone cleaning, photo/video and wildlife protection.
3. Quotations and contract formation
Website enquiries are non-binding. A contract is formed only by explicit acceptance, written confirmation or agreed commencement of work.
4. Customer cooperation
The customer provides all necessary information, access, contacts, safety details and required permissions in good time unless QopterVision expressly assumes these tasks.
5. Permits, safety and flight conditions
Operations follow aviation and safety rules. Weather, visibility, wind, local conditions, authority requirements or flight restrictions may require postponement or cancellation.
6. Dates and weather
Dates depend on suitable operating conditions. A replacement date is agreed where required; postponement for safety, legal or weather reasons does not create a damages claim.
7. Prices and payment
Agreed prices apply. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within 14 days without deduction. Statutory default interest and reminder charges may apply.
8. Delivery and acceptance
Image, video, thermal, survey and documentation data is delivered in the agreed form. The customer must inspect it within a reasonable period and report apparent defects.
9. Usage rights
Agreed rights are granted after full payment. Unless agreed otherwise, simple non-exclusive rights are granted for the intended purpose. Raw data and project files are supplied only if expressly agreed.
10. Reference use
QopterVision may use anonymised or non-personal results as references unless legitimate customer interests prevent this. Personal imagery is published only with a valid legal basis or consent.
11. Liability
Statutory rules apply. Where legally permitted, liability for slight negligence is limited to typical foreseeable loss. This does not apply to injury to life, body or health.
12. Consumer withdrawal
Consumers may have a statutory right of withdrawal for distance or off-premises contracts. Details appear in the withdrawal information. No consumer withdrawal right applies to business customers.
13. Privacy
See the privacy policy for information about personal-data processing.
14. Final provisions
Austrian law applies. Where legally permitted, jurisdiction lies at QopterVision’s registered office; mandatory consumer venues remain unaffected. Invalid individual clauses do not affect the remainder.
