Consumer right of withdrawal

Consumers may generally withdraw from a distance or off-premises contract within 14 days without stating reasons. For service contracts, the period normally begins on the date of conclusion. A contact-form enquiry alone is not a binding contract.

Performance before the period ends

If you expressly request performance during the withdrawal period, proportionate payment may be due for work already completed. The right can expire after full performance where work began at your express request and you acknowledged the loss of that right upon completion.

Consequences
